The Bose PANARAY 502 system is a fully modular system which represents significant advances in loudspeaker array and low-frequency technology. The Basic system provides up to 122dB peak SPL over the 55Hz to 15kHz range.
The 502A controlled array is a mid to high-frequency component of the PANARAY 502 system. This Bose® loudspeaker is engineered to provide high-quality sound for permanent installations. Its compact size and design has set an industry standard.
Behind each grille are five 4.5-inch (11.4 cm) full-range drivers in a patented array. This allows for more controlled horizontal and vertical coverage patterns, making the Panaray® 502®A loudspeaker an excellent choice for speech and light music applications.
The Panaray® 502®B loudspeaker delivers low-frequency response down to 55Hz for installations requiring additional bass-extension. Bose® patented Acoustimass® speaker technology launches low-frequency sound on two air masses. This filters out audible distortion, making the low-frequency sound is non-localizable. As a result, the enclosure can be placed where it is most convenient - even hidden out of sight.
