Terra Sancta College in Quakers Hill west of sydney recently engaged Kirby Productions to upgrade the schools facilities in a number of classrooms to create a new learning environment for there students that incorporated the latest technology. These state of the art learning environments now offer students on demand learning with teachers now being able to provide students to guide each lesson in the direction that the students choose to take there learning. The school incorporating 2 campuses with a rich sporting history has taken teaching into the modern century utilizing the latest technology available. With professional products by Bose, Infocus, and NEC, the school has now set a new standard in teaching.
With the school building a new multi-purpose performance area, that will also act as a indoor sporting venue, the school wanted an audio visual system that complemented the state of the art classrooms being builtup around the school. The venue has the capability to hold assembalys for students from both camapsuses, and accompaning parents and visitors. With day to day users being an average teacher with little or no audio visual knowledge the system needed to be easy to use as well as provide an exceptional audio visual experience to the audience.
The performance area now provides the school with a sound and vision solution that provides sound with unmatched clarity in a large naturally reverberant room and visuals that can be viewed throughout the room with the natural ambient light uneffecting the brightness, color and clarity of the projection.
	The school also chose to enhance the reception waiting area of each campus installing a LCD screen in the foyer of each reception to advertise the current events happening in and around the school. The screens have proven a great way to provide waiting visitors to the school with sporting results, current charity events, principals messages and even daily news weather and current events.
Terra Sancta College after running the new learning environments for 6 months have seen an overall increase in students ability and behaviour in the classroom as a direct result of now being able to provide each student with answers to every question that arises in each lesson. Utilizing the internet on a screen for the entire class to follow gives teachers endless prossibilitys as to where each lesson journies.
