Key attributes of the successful candidate would include:           Passion for quality sound.           Proven experience and record of developing a business.           Experience in a market sector such as AV staging and installation, electronics, retailing, serviced based industries, automation, IT and/or electrical.           Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Drawing, Database, Graphics, Web, Video and Audio production software and hardware in a networked environment.           Current drivers licence.           Teachable and willingness to learn new technologies.           Strong organization skills.           Customer focussed.           Professional manner with excellent communication skills.           Commitment and enthusiasm for achieving personal and business goals.
